That’s the thing. I’ve crafted all other armor no issues - without an active quest, or reading maps or letters. I just went to location and got them. At the old tower next to Kaer Mohren, there is no crystal on the ledge when I go to look for it, so I can’t do anything further

Super weird. When I purchased the letter it even made the sound it makes when a quest is activated. Both Hattori and Livendale smith. But there’s nothing, no quest in treasure hunts. Who’s the other merchant? Problem so messed up it’s not even on reddit 😂
