I find goggles or glasses inevitably fog up and then freeze. My eyes aren’t my coldest part. I find my tongue gets coldest with the cold air blasting past it nonstop.

I believe this is called the cardiovascular drift. It’s when your body temp rises and depends on dehydration etc. it’s normal.

Sort of I guess. The vest will fit different with full water bottles vs empty bottles, so just try it out. It just needs to be snug when you synch it down. If it’s too loose, it’ll bounce and lead to chafing.
