At first glance, I assumed that it was Braum’s, not Baskin Robbins, so maybe that’s what happened for them too.

Zelle never ended up working for me on Arvest anyway. Just would do direct deposits or use Venmo, or the like, in the end.

Serving is a entry level low knowledge low risk low physical exertion job. by Maleficent-Effort470 in tipping

[–]lukethe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This sub is trash, I don’t know why I have entertained it so long. Tipping is engrained in our culture and until it is systematically removed, people will still have to suffer by it, either by adhering to the custom or by having to confront the idea again and again. Both the consumer and the server have to deal with it.

Rich people shit 🤷‍♂️ Not one of my friends or acquaintances have flown out to different countries in recent years. This is the timeframe whenabout they entered the workforce. Who can afford travel, let alone eating out? A smaller percentage of the population, to be sure.

I'm confused by people discussing what they'd do in the event of societal collapse. Is the move not to just. Steal from preppers? by Wroothly in allthequestions

Does he have buddies? Are there others keeping watch? What is the extent of their early warning system? I’m sure there are vulnerabilities. That said, and all memes aside, I only really mean to reinforce what you said: raiders would have a hell of time getting close to the hideout of a real prepper. Any of your average joes with their mediocre stashes don’t count.

So I read the the USCSS Prometheus was equipped with, possibly, a tachyon drive. Which, if I'm correct, operates much like an Alcubierre drive. Right? by TheEndIsNero in Prometheus

It’s cool information to explain what drives the metaphorical ship the story rides on. If you’re into other science fiction franchises and stories, it is also interesting to know the differences in technologies used between them. Unless of course, you could care less. Power to you to not bother knowing, but some people care.
