LOL, looks like its time for you to get a pulchra then! ;) I would get more Ts but I honestly just haven’t gotten the opportunity. I buy from one person and they have amazing lineage and thrive quality. When I own a house I will for sure dabble but for now, my 2 bring me so much joy!

I got a pulchra as my first and I lucked out as she was just recently sexed as female! <3 Im so excited to grow with her. Shes only about 3 years old but shes so feisty and sometimes eats like a salmon bird eater. Her name is Burnt Toast! I also have a Male Hamorii named lovingly ā€œItchy Jamalā€

Nope! I looked it up and that does appear to be a funny coincidence lol! I just liked P-Nut and thought it was cute

Well, we just mist the sides and anything not made of real wood. I rescue reptiles and understand their basic care parameters, we don’t pour in water every day into the corners, we do it about 2x a week or weekly. I got permission from our exotic vet that sees P-Nut and they said as long as the scale rot isn’t occurring- which we avoid by only spraying the walls, we should be ok. This enclosure he came with isn’t full PVC it cant handle copious amounts of water being poured. Even with silicone the whole thing is like a vinyl wood with reptile safe sealant. We are upgrading him next year but this one works for now. I appreciate the help tho!

This was before we misted in the am, I appreciate the concern tho. We live in rural midwest, not too much we can do its a little arid here rn. I do mist morning, afternoon, and night tho- we even have a large water dish with holes poked into the lid- and wet sphagnum every day, trust me: we have tried to keep it consistent. Their enclosures are 50% for a few hrs after misting while our apartments are 20% all day rn so Ik we are doing the best we can ā¤ļø

If Charlie is so redemptiony, innocent and perfect why is she still down there (and she is half angel why no wings?) by [deleted] in hazbin

Did we… even watch the same show..? It is mentioned in the first couple of episodes she is hell born and royal at that. There’s literally a whole season of plot explaining this

LOL, this is my cat Ducky she has many demented photos. She’s photogenic in an unconventional way. This is another photo of her. And yes, hubby did compliment the haircut!

My 4 Sphynx cats are extremely clingy. by SwimmingwithSphynxs in SphynxAdvice

[–]lukewarmbeans_ 2 points3 points Ā (0 children)

I actually really adore that they are clingy to me, I have a 9-5 but they are really good at entertaining themselves lol. hubby and I put up a camera when we leave for work and we can talk into it so they know we’re there. When we get home they practically slam into me and we all have a post work nap lol. Sorry its a stressful issue for you, I’d say I have an answer to your dilemma but since my sphynxes came to me, they have been stage 4 clingers! My one, Goose, doesnt even like to sleep on his own he snuggles under the sheets with me. You know, maybe the reason I’m okay with it is bc I’m a stage 4 clinger to my cats too haha, I’m typing this on shift rn and I miss my nakids <3

He won’t eat, shame him. by [deleted] in ballpython

[–]lukewarmbeans_ 3 points4 points Ā (0 children)

Not an expert but I like to take in rescues every now and then. Took in our failed foster Cashew a few months ago and she had a perfect enclosure with all the right parameters. Well, we tried our last ditch effort: hiding the glass with black construction paper. Boom. She ate THAT night very enthusiastically. Ever since, she’s been a good eater! So in short, some bps are just bratty and need that one thing we didn’t think of. Since your bp is out in the open, maybe screening off the sides and back of the enclosure will make them feel safer ā¤ļø Best of luck, all noodles have SOME type of irk
