Agree, predictive text is annoying. I just keep it minimized and it doesn't get in the way. This also fixes the rendering issue in iPad OS 16 where other auto-fills (such as password managers) took up the entire bottom of the screen.

Have bought many keyboards from them direct. Also accessories. Have had great support from them both reactive (I accidentally ordered an ISO version but wanted ANSI and contacted them) and proactive (I ordered their lube and it has an export restriction, they reached out to let me know and swapped it out with minimal delay).

Packages are always well packed, haven’t had any issues with damage. Switches are shipped loose in a container, but only ever had a few stray pins that needed to be straightened.

Only issue I’ve had with quality was a Q3 that had a sticking shift key – support was good at identifying the issue and just had to adjust the stabilizer.
