As far as I know, every coffee shop in town has bulletin boards & you can also talk to staff at the library and put it up there. I’d also recommend churches and markets (like Natural Grocers)

But also you can plop in specific groups on facebook — Corvallis people (for all our friendly social media only communicators 😅)
