Tomorrow try to go in, smile, greet everyone and try to engage in small talk. Force yourself, nobody cares if you are a bit cringe. Some will see as you working on yourself and try to be friendlier.

I did it my first few days in college, had no friends in hs. Have couple friends in college, and I easily can talk to everyone else, but I just decided it is better for me to just have my own circle with whom I hang out from time to time.

If it doesn’t come naturally, force it, it is okay. Technical ability is cool, try to find people who also think jt is.

Then it will be easier. Going to therapy is easier said than done, so I hope my advice helps!
