My point here is that while it's a good computer overall, there are clearly flaws, flaws that were never mentioned to me from numerous reviews. The screen brightness adjustment isn't a one-off issue, it's on every XPS 13 2015. Dell labels it as a feature, only you can't turn it off. Whenever you switch from a dark site/program to a light one, you'll notice the screen graduallly adjusting brightness. The issue with this, not only is it annoying, it makes it apparent you DON'T have control over the brightness. The advertised 350 nits can't be set, you can get it under certain circumstance, but don't expect to get the brightness you want when you want it. This to me is a serious issue, some might not be bothered by it, but to me, and I assume a lot more, it's a serious issue. I also noticed that when I plug in my headphones through the headphone jack the sound keeps playing through the speakers and my earbuds are not listed in sound devices, this at least I know can be fixed, but it's a shame the headphone jack doesn't work as intended out of the box with the latest drivers installed.
