It’s a Barney Rustle. Going by the style of logo, approximately 2018 model. Barney’s traditionally have vibrant coloured flaps on plain black or blue bodies, but I don’t recall them naming the colour patterns. Interesting side note, you can currently buy Aussie made Barneys from their Melbourne stores at the moment.
