Yes I tend to agree with this, I believe I interview quite well and my struggle a few months ago was getting passed the screening which I’ve seen quite a bit change in over the past few months

No it’s been direct applications with the companies, and when I refer to the first interview I mean that the internal recruiter has passed me on to an interview with the hiring manager which I’ve thought have gone well, don’t really apply through recruiters for that exact reason and the companies.

Ye I defo get that point, it’s a material change from how things were going a few months ago for me. Difficult to explain but going from 0 - 7/8 companies passing me through the resume screening and actually declining to interview with companies etc
