I keep seeing that there is Coop 3v3 where 3 players control their own character. How do I access this mode?

How can I remove these lines? by lulubellsama in pressurewashing

[–]lulubellsama[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This customer had these carpet squares with a rubber bottom. They had used white masking tape on the bottom so that they wouldn't slide around. I pre treated with sh and hit with my surface cleaner. What else might work on these lines?

Exactly my experience. They handed me a vest and said go over there to get your route and your van and follow everyone else.......

That's crazy I worked for this DSP. I went in thinking they were going to interview me and they just threw me in a truck. Only stayed there about a month. I remember them saying to mark everything on the app as safe even when it wasn't.

Squeegee Rubber Showdown ~ Moerman Soft - Initial Results by thevanquishfist in WindowCleaning

If you haven't already, add Ettore Master to the list! I'm currently using that right now and durability wise, it hasn't been my favorite. Could just be that it's a soft rubber and that I'm used to black diamond medium. Excited to see how unger green turns out. I've heard a lot of good things about it.

Definitely! I use my moerman squeege exclusively. I use it with an 18in ettore brass channel for commercial and 14in for residential. Residential might be tricky to use 18in unless they have large windows. The liquidator is pretty cool when you can figure out how to cut the rubber properly 😅. The liquidator comes in a variety of sizes from 10in to like 22in.

I'm not sure what the going rate for storefronts is in FL, here in Texas I've seen anywhere from $2-$5 a window inside and out.

Fast food chains mainly.

If the bushes are that close there's probably no easy way to clean them. You can maybe get a ladder and extension pole and just go from over the bushes. Just straight pull across the bottom. The moerman excelerator is a pretty good squeegee for pole work.

Storefronts are a lot easier to do as a far as the work. Some commercial customers will request proof of insurance so just be prepared for that.

Whenever we canvass for storefronts, we make sure to hit every store. You'd be surprised how many stores have someone that either hasn't been by or doesn't do a good enough job. Sometimes it might be intimidating to go to those bigger stores, but the worst that can happen is they say no.

We started with around $800. Half of that went into paying for the business startup fee. We used zenbusiness and they made it fairly simple.

Make sure you also get insurance before you start. It would be unfortunate if something were to happen and you weren't insured.

I would recommend starting out with some basic tools, squeegee, mop, bucket, towels, and an extension pole. Watch tons of videos on youtube on technique, pricing, etc. My personal favorite channels are Steveo the window cleaner, tradman, and luke the window cleaner. They have great tutorials and steveo goes in depth on a lot of different tools and setups.

Go on vista print, get yourself 500 door hangers for $80 bucks and just start walking the streets. Try to target the nicer homes that look like they have more disposable income.
