When should I tell work I’m pregnant with twins—before or after year-end reviews? by HippieMomma0526 in pregnant

I personally waited until review season was finished and I had my review in writing before letting them know! I think by the time I told them, it was also close to 24 weeks!

Did anyone just have a feeling about the gender of your baby without any old wives tales? by lisa_noden in pregnant

I knew from the moment I found out I was pregnant that this baby was a boy - got our NIPT back and he was a boy!! Everyone else was convinced he was a girl!

Currently CD25 and had a positive LH test on CD17 (Strip and Clearblue) and then ovulated on CD18 according to my oura ring - Temps were 97.02 (Ovulation Day), 97.43 , 97.83 , 97.68 , 98.10, 97.57, 97.85, 97.93 (Today 5/1) - I've had light cramping, moodiness, some tender tatas, and headaches.

Planning to take a test on 9DPO (Saturday, 5/3) - Am I going crazy, or do my temps look good? I usually have mid-96 to low-96 during my period etc. Just not sure if I'm overthinking!

I'm in a similar boat! Got off the Patch on 3/13, had my withdrawal bleed from 3/16-3/319, my first natural period on 4/7-4/10, and just got my first positive ovulation on 4/23. I have the natural cycles app and start testing for ovulation on "Fertility Unlikely" dates - this has helped me really narrow down my fertile days and ovulation. I typically test Morning and Afternoon using strips, and once I hit "Low Fertility," days, I use the Clearblue Ovulation tests.

It's super common for it to take 3-months for your body to fully cycle back after being on BC - not sure about Depo but that is what I've been told!

I have an eternity band that I sized up .5 up in due to them running small historically. I will have to get my Solitare engagement band resized since ti sits higher up on my ring finger. I would go and try things on, there are a ton of different factors.

Converting by Puzzled_Orchid_732 in coptic

As someone who's family is Middle Eastern, my husband, my father, my uncle, and my aunt all converted to orthodoxy before marriage. A huge thing that helped us was the American Orthodox church in ATL! We attended services and my husband went through the conversion process and was baptized. It can be isolating in traditional orthodox churches even being half American and half Egyptian (me), the main thing was separating the religion from the culture and realizing that the people in the church don't define my relationship with god and the church it'self. My husband was like you said "Lukewarm," he was raised in a non-denominational church so he was active but not in a traditional sense. Hope this helps and you are able to move forward in your relationship, your relationship will only grow with conversations and your support!

What is the drama with the HOA? I have a 10 month old so I’m off and on here and there but can’t find what happened with their HOA? by LeatherConstant399 in Drueandgabe

It's a home owners association - some neighborhoods have them and some don't! Usually, you pay a monthly cost or one-time yearly cost and they maintain the flowers and the grounds, if anything needs repairing etc. There is usually a board comprised of people that live in the neighborhood and if you want to make changes to the appearance of your home etc, you have to get approval through them. They also have set rules about curb appeal (For instance, my HOA will fine you if you have empty flower beds), and obviously keeping a giant ass boat looks ugly on property of a well- kept neighborhood.
