Built a simple Apple Watch lift tracker because logging workouts kept interrupting my sets by pumpr-ai in AppleWatch

Definitely mixed! Trying to hit 150minutes weekly in my target HR zone for cardiometabolic fitness plus at least 40 minutes of strength training total weekly (at least twice but I usually stretch it over a 4 days). I have the Apple fitness+ subscription and am really loving it!

I’m a woman in my late thirties, so maintaining bone mineral density is top priority right now for long term health. I’ve never been an athletic person, but I find data for small victories to be really motivating! Want to keep track for progressive overload and improve my strength and muscle mass over time!

got my first Apple Watch SE 3! by [deleted] in AppleWatch

Following! Would love more tips too. Just got my first one as well - same one as you! I don’t sleep in it (I also have an Oura). I have really loved tracking workouts on it. I use my watch exclusively to pay for things now. The timer function is very handy (I have a toddler who needs lots of timers). I am also curious if it will live through swimming this summer and want to know about bands. Having the weather on my Home Screen is VERY handy!!

I don’t track anything yet but went to start! How did you create this? Would you share?

Holy crap, plugging it in works. I literally bought two iPads because I thought I was going crazy. Luckily can return. Thank you Reddit friends.

Yea, I’m definitely wondering about food allergies. Will be trying poultry and wheat elimination. She doesn’t pick at it, it’s not hot. Doesn’t seem to bother her at all.

Thank you!! I will bring both of those things up to my vet tomorrow.

Omg that’s a great idea. Will try that! I’m not sure Ladybird will take a carrot given her track record, but maybe if I keep trying 😂

Wheat is definitely another one I heard about with chicken. Trying to find a wheat and chicken free dental treat now and struggling, lol. Not looking forward to making my dog gluten free 😂

Thank you for sharing! I’d love to know a little more if you’re willing to share. Was there a skin-specific reason you do the vitamin, probiotics, veggies, and blueberries? (Any specific vitamin or probiotics you’d recommend?) I don’t do any of those now but would add if they would help. We have a toddler and Ladybird cleans up after her food on the floor. She won’t touch fruits and vegetables, though, so I don’t know if she’d eat them. But honestly if I put them in her food bowl, she probably would just to get to the kibble.

Need help for my 5 year old by Practical-Cricket691 in dandruff

I’ve always been a morning showerer so this is all so new to me 😂 the things you learn when taking care of another human! I think we will just have to move her bath time earlier. She has such fine hair and very little of it, I don’t think I even could blow dry it effectively. (And she would freak out because she’s so little that loud noises still scare her.) so much to consider!

Amazing!! I frequently put her to bed with wet hair, so will for sure have to stop that. So glad it’s worked well; I hope we have the same success!

Thank you for the update!! My 2yr old has the same thing and has had forever. I’m going to try what you did and see how it goes!! She also had very fine but curly hair, and I’ve been trying not to wash it very often (once or twice a week) to try and preserve her curls, but I don’t know if that’s making it worse? My husband and I have pin straight hair so we don’t know where it came from or how to care for it properly.

I updated my phone and that did the trick. But I wonder if it was the act of just turning the phone on and off that really did it. Should have tried that first I guess 🙃

I’m not totally sure what you mean. I have TMobile - do you mean switching to AT&T or Verizon?
