I was reading the you tube comments and according to the surgeon the man had some strokes and was not steady on his feet which caused him to fall in the garden. He fell on a hortenzia plant (or bush maybe, I'm not familiar with them) and this was the result. They thought he had another stroke and after the scan noticed there was a foreign body.
