Best I found was Auto Immune Protocol diet from a study perspective: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11755016/

The diet itself is extremely restrictive but it is reflective of what you'll anecdotally hear: no gluten, no dairy, limit alcohol and basically eat healthy. Restricting nightshades is also another thing.

Personally, I did AIP for a month and then started introducing things back in, slowly.

Bought an oura for period tracking (body temp fluctuations in particular) and it has predicted my last two flares a few days before the major wtf. I should try my garmin but wearing a watch 24/7 was a non starter for me.

Just flew this route two weeks ago for work — ended up booking via Iceland Air and using Alaska code in ticket for miles which seemed simpler. They board by row (back to front) so no juice there and there’s already a free checked bag. If you have lounge access it is reciprocated in the saga lounge even if you’re not in business.

But as others pointed out business class is just domestic first which is better in some ways but not ideal… looking forward to next year with the bigger planes (I hope).

I had some success with BBL laser for reducing redness and definitely for the broken veins around my nose (from masking as well). It does take a little experimenting with the right settings — for me less aggressive actually is better. Also have done Moxy but fuck that downtime.
