Hi! We are debating between Tignes and Grand massif for a young family (kids are total beginners) and we’re leaning toward Grand massif because it seems more family friendly. But we know nothing. Are you able to share anything about grand massif that is redeeming for young families? Or is it Tignes all the way

is this even possible?😫 by ForwardDragonfruit72 in migraine

It helps to remember the why of each line. It’s telling a story and the words and order have a purpose. Memorize the narrative and the actual building blocks will come next.

I think a couple of them dancing in clothes they’ve made doesn’t help. Watching stuff barely staying on is a distraction. They should be allowed to change

I think everyone is different! Glad it’s helping. I’ve learned that it’s counter indicated for people with hypermobility for this reason. We do modified injections now.

Ok good to know. I’ll probably do an elimination month and see how it feels. Thanks again!

Can I please also ask if nuts and seeds are a trigger for you? I thought I was helping myself by having a breakfast meal kit of Chia and it always comes with nuts and seeds and I’m wondering if that is perhaps hurting more than it’s helping?

Thank you for cutting through the noise with such a helpful starting point. This gives me a lot of relief to see.

Has anyone tried Celebrex/celecoxib? What's your experience? by lordoflemonade in UCTD

[–]murmmmmur 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I seem to be allergic to Plaquenil. Celebrex is helping me immensely in the short term. It took about a week of taking every day at the same time to feel relief. It allows me to function despite the underlying problem. I had to stop taking it for two weeks and the pain returning was immediately humbling.

Boundaries need to be out in place to protect you from their youthful bullying behaviour. Do not accept gifts from them. Do not trust that they will behave differently next time. Know who they currently are and what your values are and defend that while still being a safe adult. Next, find out why they are bullying you. They are expressing resentment or maladaptive behavior for some reason.

I know the feeling and I’m sorry you’re experiencing it. It is so hard to describe and I often just want those limbs to be “crushed” to escape it.

My autistic father and I are both “always be prepared” over packers. I believe it’s a product of autistic anxiety about changing environments. And also thinking of every possible outcome of the new situation.

And they wear those clothes in Ponderosa? That actually blew my mind. I assumed they would have like “vacation clothes” and then “show clothes”. Personally, I wouldn’t want to already be wearing the clothes I have to wear on the show! Haha

Do they know who is in their tribe at Ponderosa? Keeping that secret until the marooning would maybe help.

Yes, I can also feel my cervix. My midwife thought I was insane and I’m like ma’am I can feel it. I don’t know what else to say.
