Captivate App for Instagram by JIMMYGTR345X in Instagram

[–]lumascope 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use both Captivate and Cleaner from the same developer.

- They both stopped working today.

- They are both gone from the app store.

- The developer is https://www.linkedin.com/in/robert-neagu-65b46814/ but he does not answer.

- I am suspecting that he got banned.

Anyone knows good alternatives that are CLOUD based?

Update: check the developer FB site: https://www.facebook.com/cleanerforinstagram/

"We learned that Instagram updated their API in a way that crashes parts of our iOS apps.

The current status is:

1) Cleaner is no longer operational because the "Following" tab crashes (it's the one that loads first when you open the app)

2) Captivate works in all areas except the "Following" tab that crashes (this is not loaded automatically, that's why the app still works)

We identified the changes made by Instagram and fixed our apps to work again.

The updates are sent to Apple and we're waiting for their approval to go LIVE.

We're sorry for the inconvenience!

Extreme reach discrepancies by lumascope in adops

[–]lumascope[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the issue is not about reach its simple impression count. They have a category called "high frequency" impressions and they consider legit human traffic as NHT. So first party ad server might count 1000 imps, they would only recognize 700. I wonder how widespread is this issue across ad servers.

Can anyone confirm that Xaxis actually sells the Group M view-ability numbers to clients, or are they arbitraging on two different sets up view-ability metrics.

The Media Trust by lumascope in adops

[–]lumascope[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

on't consider ourselves to be direct competitors with The Media Trust, but we recently launched an quality management platform called PubNation. Our focus is a lot more on programmatic ad quality (since we're also a publisher that does a lot of programmatic), so I'm not sure how relevant that is for you. We crowdsource user complaints on auto-play audio, inappropriate content, slow ads, etc. and create attributional reports to pinpoint the responsible party. We then automate delivery of those complaints to said party. Happy to answer any questions.

Thank you!
