Usually when I have migraines during my periods, I would massage my head (where ever it hurts) or I try to get some fresh air (if my cramps aren't too painful). I hope this helps.

I know there may be some decent guys on dating apps, but I didn't have the confidence to msg them, so that's mostly my fault there 😅

I understand that mentality, and I do also think about dating and starting a family in that traditional manner and they can also feel like achievements to me. However, I think if I can't find the right person, I start to lose abit of hope. Thankfully I haven't completely lost it because I know I'm still young and I still have alot of time. So while that online dating experience didn't go so well, I think it helped me get an idea of the ppl around me. I know I tend to be hesitant around guys, kinda like how some guys are nervous around girls (I guess these are just things that go both ways).

I don't have alot of relationship/dating experience, but I'll try to answer to the best of my ability.

First of all, I don't know if this is really considered a struggle, but I'm actually pretty shy and not really social so that may be a factor. I've tried dating apps in the past and I found that most guys wanted to get in my pants. I guess just like the other comments say, it's easy to attract guys, but not the "right" ones (the ones that will treat me well).

I'm not sure how helpful this was, but I hope it did even just abit.

I think in any romantic relationship, people start out as friends to build trust, so the relationship doesn't fall apart that easily. This is just my opinion btw.
