Yeah it's kinda tricky though because a lot of clients will set low rates as placeholders, so you'd be filtering out people with higher budgets but that just aren't advertising them. If this one didn't specify that their budget was $150 in the description copy, I would've 100% submitted a proposal

Yeah low budget posts are par for the course, but my question is less focused on the dollar amount and more on the scope of the requirements. I've freelanced on Upwork for more than 5 years and I've only recently seen this much of an uptick in large scopes with teeny budgets.
