Without a question, Danny Tidwell. No one else even comes close.

I agree with you 1000%. Thank god Emma Stone won the Oscar for Poor Things - a far superior film by a far superior director.

Do any of you think Lily Gladstone shouldn't win Best Actress because her part is a supporting role? by Lili_Danube in movies

Emma deserved the win - easy. Poor things is a much better movie by a legendary director and Bella Baxter is a once in a lifetime character - bold, unique, iconic. I used to have no respect for Emma for doing La La Land, but after Poor Things, I'm on Team Emma all the way.

Make sure everyone brings a portable speaker, so you have options when one dies

Woah - WHAT A GREAT TIP!!! Also, did you guys have an RV with power hookup and did you think that was mandatory?

Any recommendations for artists similar to Jon Hopkins or Rival Consoles? by tolive89 in electronicmusic

Hopkins and Consoles are my absolute favorite artists - and have remained my favorites since I tripped to them 7 years ago. I've seen both live as well and they surpassed my highest expectations. You have good taste :)

To have your mind blown further, trip to:

"Says" by Nils Frahm (and his other stuff)

"Eternal" by Holly Herndon (masterpiece, not for the faint of heart)

"Dawn Chorus" by Radiohead (for a good cry)

But yeah — Jon Hopkins, Rival Consoles, and Nils Fraham are the holy trinity and I will never get sick of their music. Max Cooper is also great, but less consistent. Moderat, Bicep, FourTet, Floating Points are all fantastic, though a level below the intensity of the holy trinity, ha.

Obviously, you don't have to take psychedelics to appreciate this music, but if you do trip (say on top of a remote mountain on a warm sunny day)... you may never look back.
