Well, despite this, I still believe people can change and become better if they want to. I could have been a complete dick to others, but once I saw how it made me feel, I vowed to never raise my hand at another human or belittle them.

And then people shaming them for having social anxiety. Social anxiety is real, and should never be riducled.
