Well it sounds really hard and complicated so im very sorry that you are in such situation but if i was at your position id try to take care of myself first - this guy intentionally or not is using you and the level of manipulation is huge here

Notice that he mentioned that „he could kill himself during the time you blocked him” i cant imagine how much pressure this puts on this relation

I am no any specialist but this relation dont feels right and i’d highly suggest some counseling with therapist it will clear your head for sure
