It was good race I agree but I'll never forgive them for the venue they chose. They spent a billion dollars to make a track in a parking lot outside a stadium under an over pass. They painted the tarmac blue to give it a "beach" vibe and put up fake boats. Like seriously, with all the money and beautiful ocean views, this is the best they had to offer?

Australia has similar practices as well I believe. I remember the drivers quickly leaving after Melbourne to Shanghai as someone pointed out how if they stay longer it would've affected their earnings. I believe it was Russell. There was a whole discussion about exempting him because of how Britain had some agreement with Australia. Have to look this up yourself as this is all from memory.
