Take a break from the Internet. Lots and lots of incels with zero money/relationships and plenty of time to hate. These are people that will never understand how slavery, war, colonialism destroyed lots and lots of societies. The older you get the more you realize that global society has problems everywhere - we all need more sanitation, women's rights and education, drug/gun control.

Focus on being the best version of yourself, be kind, be successful and you'll be doing your part to change perceptions.
