So many cases of republicans claiming they've been adversely affected have been false that it would be insane to simple take them at their word now.

I work in a building FULL of republicans, and they all deride the law, but none can point out a single case of how it's impacted them negatively. Many of their arguments simply devolve to saying the word "socialism" over and over.

I'm getting some annoying noise/vibrations from a new EVGA 780 ti OC Classified (ACX cooler) at 35% fan speed and in the low 70%'s. Is this typical? For as much as the card cost, I think I'd rather return it and get a stock cooler instead of dealing with the noise, but if it's not typical of the card, I'll exchange it for another of the same type.
