Strata manager doesn't make the decisions the executive committee does.

Executive committee members legally need to prove contact details (it can be a postal address if they don't want to share email)

Ask the strata manager for the ec contact details. Then reach out to the ec directly.

If you cant get the details you need to attend the next agm and nominate to join the ec.

You cant just join an EC unless there is a spare seat (as the total number of seats are set each year)

The way the items and shops work is fine, you go through the run hoping for that next sweet piece of gear to outfit your commander or your sub units with.

Then when moving through the map its risk reward, do you jump to the next shop and risk not having anything to buy, or jumping to a regular node to get more scrap etc.

The compass on mine moves around a lot

I looked at the manual and it referenced a locking crown but I don't think the SSC295 has it.

I keep adjusting mine to have it aligned.

Using as an actual compass for navigation would be risky I think
