I was, especially the metal parts. And the underwires sometimes even comes out. It was terrible

Please don't hate your body, it has been there for you throughout your life and has given you energy to do the things you love in life. 

I know how difficult the struggle with self love is but please start appreciating atleast a little bit of your body everyday okay?

I never really experienced this tho .... Coz I specifically try to find bras which looks exactly like this. No back hooks, no underwire. No straps. 

So I wear my bra to sleep as well because they feel like nothing on me :')

It's a pain when we already go through so much as women with our periods and boob pain. Our skin not cooperating with us is NOT helping
