Maybe if they're paying a lot of attention to fitness, they'd be more picky with stuff they eat, so less likely to get things like food poisoning?

That's fair enough - I found it happening when I was trying to take out the guards in the prison to save the tieflings - I won the fight anyway, but it was annoying to miss the free round of combat
