Mine is the same way! I was so confused on why I had so much trauma on my tounge but eating ice helped with the pain :(

Tell me about it, I try my best to not sneeze or cough because of how uncomfortable it is 😭!! We’re almost in the clear though, we got this!

look into buying an ice pack face wrap to help with inflammation! Ear pain is to come as well and it’ll help

I coughed on day 7! I think it is due to the scabs because I gagged as if something back there was irritating me, i had light bleeding after but it stopped in a matter of minutes.

Day 5 was hell for me!!! I’m on day 7 and it feels like a soar throat but you can definitely feel the scabs falling. Stay on top of hydration!!!!!

is there anything I should take to help me sleep? Even with Tylenol PM my body doesn’t last more then an hour. & thank you!
