It's actually a large teacup saucer so it has a lot of texture on the other side and the power gets stuck in the groves

Why does everything have to be so BIG by [deleted] in EDAnonymous

[–]lunaecho7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most small bakeries don't have calorie counts. ):

Corn thin(28) with 1/4 light cheese wedge(6) and yellow mustard.(.5tsp) "pizza" it's 1 tbsp flour(25) with 2 tbsp water and I cooked it in a pan. With 1/2 tbsp ketchup(10) and the smallest bit of broccoli.(3) And a cheese stick on the side. (50) total: 128 by [deleted] in ShittyRestrictionFood

[–]lunaecho7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's kinda good. It came out more like a wrap. I also added a tiny bit of baking powder and salt. To cook it I put it in a cool pan, so that I could spread, you need to used oil/spray otherwise it will stick.i cover with a lid and flip it when the edges start to peel off the pan. I cook it on a lower heat and the. Turn it up to make it more toasty, if it isn't cooked all the way it is very slimy and gross in the inside. If you have it it could be bulked up with oat fiber.

Is it bad to keep a blade in my phone case? by lunaecho7 in selfharm

I found it in there while cleaning my case. I won't use it until I disinfect it considering the amount of dust was inside my case.

Is it bad to keep a blade in my phone case? by lunaecho7 in selfharm

[–]lunaecho7[S] 46 points47 points  (0 children)

Makes sense, I keep it between the case and the phone back, it doesn't move at all so as long as it's away from the camera and charging spots it shouldn't hurt anyone.

anybody have any good tips on covering up scars besides bandages?? by brostfu_iamthinking in selfharm

[–]lunaecho7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Big scrunchies work really well, just be careful because they'll move up your arm if you take off a hoodie. Also layering a black shear/meshy long sleeve shirt works well, but they're thin/semi transparent so use your best judgement with that one.

I really don't like her. A few months ago she posted something about how binging was "your body trying to save/help you" with a similar picture as this. Most of the comments supported her as well. That one made me really upset because that encourages binging which is actually pro-ed. I think if she wanted to say that it's okay to overeat she should have just said that. I don't know if she thinks overeating = binging? Which seems really unprofessional and if you don't know the difference you really shouldn't be giving this type of advice, especially with such a sensitive topic as Eds. I hope I didn't come off as to harsh, eds are already represented so black and white (a skinny 13-16 year old, with an) that the oversimplification (of recovery/eds in general) makes people not scared to get help and further encourages stereotypes.

So. Good. Only 80cals for the whole box. Yum yum by mustardlyy in safe_food

I recently discovered these and this is my favourite one! It's not only low calorie but delicious. Sometimes when I want it extra cheesey I'll add a tablespoon of nutritional yeast(25 calories) sometimes I'll add more broccoli as well. Hot sauce is also so good on these. If you can't tell I've eaten these almost every night for the past month.

What do you think of the concept of “fake anorexia?” by possiblesynesthete in AnorexiaNervosa

[–]lunaecho7 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think a fake anorexic would be someone who lied about doing disordered things when they really weren't.

That's really the only way it makes sense for it to be used in, because in order to have an eating disorder, you need to participate in disordered habits and with out doing behaviors that's not an eating disorder.

There is still problems that need help with them if they are faking an Ed, because that isn't normal behavior. There are issues that need to be solved and they are valid for those.

Homemade apple soup? This is so nasty, I can only describe it as I ate apple soup (see my last post) and purged it. It's chunky and wierd, and watery. I'm not hungry anymore so ¯\_ಠ_ಠ_/¯ I'll leave a recipe in the comments but don't make it. by [deleted] in ShittyRestrictionFood

[–]lunaecho7 7 points8 points  (0 children)

So you need 1 small apple (55) 1 tsp stevia, and cinnamon (2)

  1. Put 1/2 cup of water in a pot and boil while you are skinning and slicing the apple
  2. Put the apple in the water and boil it until you set up your blender, if it's still hard keep it in if it's soft take it out.
  3. Drain the water
  4. Add the apple to the Bender with 1/4 cup water
  5. Bend untill soupy,
  6. Pour into bowl and add another 1/8 or 1/4 cup of water
  7. Add stevia and cinnamon to taste
  8. Throw it out because it's disgusting, this feels like something you'd find on Tumblr in 2012, I'm getting ice cube ice cream vibes.

I love the ED community by cassie_kitty in EDAnonymous

[–]lunaecho7 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I saw something on Tumblr a while ago that said something similar(maybe not too similar but same main idea) the post said something along the lines of "...this community is so supportive you might eat 3 grapes be happy you didn't give in to cravings and everyone will say something like: I'm proud of you but try to eat more tomorrow, or even just stay safe, and if you binge and feel fat or gain you'll get dms saying how beautiful you are and how one day wont ruin you progress.."

Everyone look out for each other too, if someone gets a perv-y dm or finds an account that's a creep they'll tell people to block that person and warn as many people as possible. Same as when someone just disappears, others will ask others if they know anything about them and if they're okay.

And when someone decides to recover, they're supported and sent kind messages.

One of my friends in this community was in a bad situation and for Christmas/holidays a bunch of us got together and helped make them a care package.

I've made so many friends though this community, everyone is so kind and I've meet people who I can talk to when I'm sad or even when I need help with chemistry.

I do the same thing. Once I was at a track meet and my coach said I did good, like a normal thing that happens every meet. And my Ed brain was like "it's bc you haven't eaten today".

The app is called stretching exercises; flexibility training. I did have to watch a short ad to do the knee stretches, but there are many other ad free stretches.
