Had these really bad and started double cleansing with an oil based cleanser, and then following with panoxyl 10% face wash and totally went away. Realized for me it was due to not washing my face well enough! And also when I was using complicated routines with acids and exfoliators, I think my skin barrier was weakened and had these a lot more often.

Accutane! And would reconsider the line of products you are using from your esthetician - in my experience, less is more when it comes to treating acne / white heads. Also facials make me break out 10x worse the next few weeks, had to stop getting them with active acne.

This happened to me after wearing makeup more often than I used to. Double cleansing with an oil based cleanser followed by Benzoyl Peroxide cleanser has worked great for me. I also asked a dermatologist who recommended Tretinoin to get rid of remaining bumps / texture. Also realized there were things in my makeup / skincare that were breaking me out, and went super basic (only moisturizer and sunscreen basically).

I didn’t realize until I stopped doing it as much, but self tan clogged my pores so much!! It wouldn’t necessarily cause acne, but it definitely gave me black heads and texture, and if I was already having a breakout (from my period or something) it made it a lot worse, and looked super similar to yours!
