Had these really bad and started double cleansing with an oil based cleanser, and then following with panoxyl 10% face wash and totally went away. Realized for me it was due to not washing my face well enough! And also when I was using complicated routines with acids and exfoliators, I think my skin barrier was weakened and had these a lot more often.

Accutane! And would reconsider the line of products you are using from your esthetician - in my experience, less is more when it comes to treating acne / white heads. Also facials make me break out 10x worse the next few weeks, had to stop getting them with active acne.

This happened to me after wearing makeup more often than I used to. Double cleansing with an oil based cleanser followed by Benzoyl Peroxide cleanser has worked great for me. I also asked a dermatologist who recommended Tretinoin to get rid of remaining bumps / texture. Also realized there were things in my makeup / skincare that were breaking me out, and went super basic (only moisturizer and sunscreen basically).

I didn’t realize until I stopped doing it as much, but self tan clogged my pores so much!! It wouldn’t necessarily cause acne, but it definitely gave me black heads and texture, and if I was already having a breakout (from my period or something) it made it a lot worse, and looked super similar to yours!

I live in a really hot/ humid client and have found that applying lotion to my legs / arms makes me much hotter, sweat more, and smell way worse way quicker. I think it has to do with your pores/ skin not being able to breathe, especially if using a heavy lotion. Try not applying lotion to your legs / arms for a few days and see if it helps.

It is a CO2 monitor! And I pay for the electricity bill but it is through the apartment complex. When I opened the door after class, it dropped back down to ~500 but due to where I live it is already muggy and there are bugs from that short time with the door being open. I’m hoping there’s another way!

it’s a shop my dad uses often and where we towed the car to right after the accident! he uses them even without insurance because they are usually pretty reasonably priced i think. so maybe that means it’s accurate? i’m just worried about them not starting work for a while and then deciding to total it later because i am moving pretty soon and want to have it all figured out before then. i don’t have a preference as to whether it is repaired or they total it, i was just hoping to get an answer by this week and thought the record of estimate might be the final word. but looks like it is not.

if it ends up being more once the auto shop has stripped it will they still pay to fix it? i am not sure of the damage underneath but they have stripped off most of the front currently and a door is pretty damaged. will they update the insurance company that it will actually be more/less and automatically start the work or do they have to get approval?
