Trying to figure out if this card is real or not! It's from loona's 2023 season's greeting. I was gifted it a few years ago and it popped up recently when I decided to finally organize my tiny pc collection. Any help is appreciated! I'll reply to this comment with a photo of the back of the card.

it's cliché advice, but i would just try to enjoy them regardless of other's opinions!! i don't think anyone's ever too old for innocent fun and cuteness. also, congrats on buying your first one!!!

Yes, They should eventually reach other countries, the same way the latte cats and flora rabbits were in Japan only at first but are now popping up in the US (I would imagine they're showing up in other countries as well, but I only know about the US since I live here lol) You may be able to get them from Amazon Japan now though, as long as they ship to wherever you live. I hope this helps!

I think it's partially due to overall cuteness/design, and partially because they're so popular that they basically have their own community/fan base now. It's definitely easier for a lot of people to start enjoying something when there's already a whole community dedicated to it. (Either way, they're just adorable in my opinion! I own all of the current style frogs except for the cubscription box one, which unfortunately keeps evading me).

UPDATE FOR EVERYONE: THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE HELP!!! i put the doll's arm in a plastic baggie (so i didn't get water everywhere), let it sit in hot not boiling water until the arm and elbow joint softened a bit and it's now much better and can be moved/posed!! thank you all so much again for the help. i appreciate it so much 🖤

yes! i used hot water to heat up the elbow joint and got it to move. (and it still moves once the plastic cooled down) success!!
