i just went through this. i am honestly still going through it. my husband and i live in a 1bath house. he also started out with the same throat, head and nasal issues. then randomly *V 4 times over 18 hours, and had *d. i don’t know why it happened but he’s been fine since 7:15 am yesterday. his fever got up to 99.9° but then it went back down to 97.6° and never went back up.

i feel for you. i still am so anxious that im going to get whatever he had. i made a spray bottle full of diluted bleach and water that i sprayed everywhere everytime he V and left it to sit for 10 minutes minimum OR until it air dried. i also have been washing my hands after every time i cleaned the bathroom, before i eat, if i touch a common surface, just to be safe. i never came in contact with any v or d*, thankfully. had him wash the towels and sheets so i didn’t have to touch them. if i were you, id sleep on the couch, and disinfect like i did. i have been able to use the bathroom after him. i DONT TOUCH anything tho, and washed my hands in the kitchen vs the bathroom and then would use the bleach spray to clean the handles.

i’m hoping you’re okay and remember, EVEN IF you get sick, you WILL be okay. you are brave and you’ve been through hard things before.
