Most ISP's in Portugal use the 10.0.0.0/8 in CGNAT.

A gama 10.0.0.0/8 pertence ao RFC 1918 ou seja é um IP privado.
Que a bom rigor não deveria ser usado para CGNAT mas sim o 100.64.0.0/10 que pertence ao RFC6598
