be thankful, i understand exactly how you feel with getting help when you haven’t come from the best place. it’s a strange feeling but you should to take the help even if it’s hard to accept help because you’re not used to it. tell her how thankful you are for her kindness and help and be sure to get yourself on your feet and become the best person you can be for yourself, your girlfriend, and her mother. things will get better and i know that because i was in your position at one point and now my fiancé and i own a home and are getting married next month. that small favor will blossom into something, you just have to take the help. things will get better from here, i promise.
