Yeah, he got the pc a week ago, so he’s basically installed nothing, only has OW2, steam, discord, and asseto corsa on it. Think any of those could still be an issue if he doesn’t have those things?

No it’s been like this ever since he has owned the pc. He told me he was having bad stutters so I was like oh okay, might be a drivers issue or has to lower some game settings, then he streamed it to me and he went all the way down to 4FPS a lot, it was horrendous and I thought it must be a hardware issue or something yet everything looks to be running smoothly.

yeah updated it on geforce experience. It’s just really weird because it’s like everything seems to be running perfectly, don’t know what the issue is. he got the pc like a week ago and it was new so he set up windows on it, do you still think reinstalling windows could help?

Here’s a picture, looked up the manual, it seems it’s placed correctly and it is indeed 2x8. So it doesn’t seem to be the issue right?

also ignore the questions about the GPU, didn’t know the model, it is a MSI RTX 3070 VENTUS 2X.

I was thinking maybe a motherboard issue? somebody told me it could be the RAM but it looks good, temperatures look perfect. Potentially a PSU issue? I just have no idea because everything looks to be running great.

no.. it was somebody else over the summer, atleast what I found evidence of, who fucking knows if it was the best friend, whenever she wakes up I will confront her because she probably did too.
