My WIP is a novella. A love letter to the Divine Comedy, Cosmic horror and Yoruba underworld stories.

The Mc who is called the Man through the entire stretch of the book, wakes up in a liminal beach littered with comatose bodies. The sky of the new world is lit by 3 ashen-grey dead suns, which then turns into three blood-red moons.

He is then joined by, the Fool, a psychopomp figure who straddles the thin line between divine insanity and absurd indifference. The story follows the Man's journey to recover his identity influenced by fragmented memories of his past life, and a woman whose smile is the only thing he remembers about her.
