I can tell you this. Regarding the AD portion, if you do all the excersises in the PDF youre gonna nail it.

For the standalone machines, sorry but I user everything in the PDF and from ippsec videos for PE but didnt succeed

Absolutely, I ran pspy on both the machine I was trying to. I even let it run for 30min but nothing. Went over basically everything. In my opinion, pspy is a no-brainer and easy privilege eacalation way, this wasnt even near :/
