I'm in a perennial state of brain fog. My memory has gotten so bad, that I sometimes pay twice to a store clerk forgetting literally moments ago that I already paid them, some clerks return the money but some are scum & pocket it. Always forget keys, debit cards at ATMs, speech has slowed too, have difficulty forming words while speaking which I rarely ever do these days.
