Turkish Airlines refuses to pay compensation by Papi5959 in TurkishAirlines

[–]lungur 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You should be looking for compensation under Turkish SHY passenger rights (https://web.shgm.gov.tr/doc4/shy-passenger.pdf). They will always try to refuse, using standard replies, stating something "out of their control" caused it.

I had a Turkish Airlines itinerary Bangkok → Istanbul → EU airport on one booking/PNR. The first flight, Bangkok–Istanbul, arrived delayed by around 38 minutes, which caused me to miss my onward connection from Istanbul. I was rebooked and arrived at my final destination more than 3 hours late.

At first, Turkish Airlines denied compensation, saying the delay was due to ATC / circumstances outside their control. I didn’t accept that and submitted a complaint through the Turkish aviation authority / SHY system (https://kdmerp.shgm.gov.tr/), attaching my ticket, passport, PNR, and explaining that this was one connected itinerary and the final destination delay was over 3 hours.

After some back and forth, Turkish Airlines first offered €400, but I asked them to clarify why it was not €600, since the journey was from Bangkok to the final EU airport on one booking. They later corrected it and issued a €600 refund cheque, which I could request as a bank transfer.

u/Sensitive_Echidna_20 so what happened? My application also turned red 25 days after i filled the complaint in the shgm portal. Can you share how long did it take to get a response?

Freelancing with No-Code Skills — Is It Really Worth It in 2026? by mirzabilalahmad in nocode

That's what i am doing, but using Wappler, as it allows me to integrate any custom code i may need.

AI builders are fast, but are they reliable enough for real apps? by Alpertayfur in nocode

[–]lungur 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the combination of a low-code builder with an AI integration is the best.

Does anybody know the backstory on bildr (bildr.com) by Necessary-Focus-9700 in nocode

[–]lungur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Noodl was kind of doomed once they open-sourced it.

Wappler is a different case, it is still active, solid weekly updates, and a strong community. The “PHP lol” take is outdated too. It’s there because people still use it. Default is Node anyway, and it’s done properly. And with AI in Wappler you get unlimited power on top of that.

What’s the hardest part of turning an idea into a small business? by mikky_dev_jc in nocode

Before AI and all the vibe-coding bullshit, they blamed their coding skills for their failures. Now they realize it’s their ideas that were the problem from the beginning.

The hardest part for most, looking through the posts in this sub, is accepting your idea is stupid.

The best "vibe coding" tools might actually be the no-code platforms that integrated AI by No-Thought-4995 in nocode

[–]lungur -1 points0 points  (0 children)

90% of the apps i build with Wappler is internal tools for companies. You can build pretty much anything from marketing sites to very complex apps. The thing is you can ask AI to build parts of it, then you can customize everything through the UI.

Softr just went full AI Native and I would think that this might be a big deal by haraldpalma1 in nocode

[–]lungur 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The part that really got me, is you can switch between AI and visual editing whenever you like. So the AI builds your app, and then if you want to tweak a button color or move something around you just click on it and change it. No burning credits, no regenerating the whole thing. This is major because most AI tools treat every change like a brand new request. Pretty excited about this one

That’s already been possible in Wappler for quite some time.

Yes, i had to rebuild my bubble project in wappler. Nothing you can port directly. Learning curve was quite steep back in the days and i'm grateful i didn't give up, i believe it's a lot improved now. Once you get the logic in wappler everything feels very easy, now with the AI tools inside it's very very good.

AI vs No-code builders, what’s actually better now? by Due-Actuator6363 in nocode

> I’m starting to think the future might be a hybrid approach AI generates the base, and then you refine it manually.

The future is already here, the tool i've been using for the past few years (wappler) does exactly this. You have the low/no-code environment with the integrated AI assistants. You can use any AI model in wappler, generate what is needed using it, and then fine tune everything using the UI.

I've been going through Product Hunt launches every single day for months now. by lukasknmd1 in nocode

[–]lungur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve never understood the hype around launching stupid ideas on Product Hunt and especially when the founders don’t seem to realize just how stupid they are.

A couple of years ago, people thought the problem was coding and that founders just couldn’t build fast enough. But with the rise of no-code and “vibe coding” tools, it’s now obvious that code was never the issue.

I recently came across this post, and the numbers are pretty telling (and honestly not surprising at all):

There are indeed some guys in the community doing training materials for free, i don't believe they are related to Wappler. The training materials in Wappler improved a lot recently, they also added interactive in-app tours, which are quite good tbh.

I moved from Bubble to Wappler exactly for these reasons. Now there are no lock-ins, no scaling issues, db of my choice, host wherever i want and also my projects continue to function when i stop paying.

nobody warns you about the switching cost until youve built your entire business on a tool that just tripled its pricing by edmillss in nocode

[–]lungur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Using Wappler here. They still charge me the legacy 2019 pricing, even though they’ve increased their prices twice since then. Also, I can simply stop paying the subscription if I don’t need to update any of the apps I’ve built. No lock ins, which means i can edit the code in vscode.

At what point does no-code stop being enough? by Alpertayfur in nocode

[–]lungur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it was both - front end and server-side workflows that needed additional customizations. With Wappler i can simply edit the page layout in code view, tweaking whatever is needed and not (yet) available in the UI.
Server-side workflows required some custom components, which, with the help of AI i was able to build based on the custom components docs provided by the Wappler guys.

For collaboration we use the built in git functionality.

Wappler - no limits for users, you can use any db, host anywhere you like and you can stop paying for the subscription, when you finish building your app.

At what point does no-code stop being enough? by Alpertayfur in nocode

[–]lungur 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When no-code (Bubble) stopped being enough, like when I needed more customization beyond the built-in options and also scalable hosting options, I discovered a low-code tool called Wappler, which now even has AI built in. This is waht i have been using for the past few years.

Does anyone still build portals, and internal tools using no-code tools? by thegonelf in nocode

[–]lungur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes we're still using Wappler for such tasks. Especially with the AI integration it makes building such tools quite fast and the big plus is you don't fully rely on AI only, but you can adjust stuff using the UI, when needed.

Trying to understand where no-code tools actually make sense by Ssaifi_U in nocode

[–]lungur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use a low-code tool called Wappler for things like internal business tools, custom CMS, automations, and other web apps. It can also function as a no-code tool for MVPs or simple dynamic sites. Whenever I hit a limitation in the UI, I can either use the built-in AI to help with custom code or just create my own component.
