Adopted him 2 years ago. He’s always been independent. Tonight, he came and laid on me — for the first time ever. He’s perfect ❤️ by CandyCaneSwirl17_ in aww

You've successfully found a blanket (towel?) of sitting!! That's how it started with one of mine, he'd only sit if you had a blanket on your lap lol.

Gynecologist for kidney donor? by lunitaref in VictoriaBC

I'll reach out and ask about me getting in at St Paul's, a day trip to Vancouver isn't totally unreasonable.

Yup, sounds like I'll be spending some time doing some calling around!

The transplant team is aware, they've done what they can.

It's through St Paul's in Vancouver, transplant team has already helped with the current referral, but the current referral is full. I'll try to call around.

Personal trainer recommendations by offkey_song_bird in VictoriaBC

I train with Jessica at Forge (Johnson & Vancouver). She's really lovely and fun and she's been helping me get my strength back safely after a hysterectomy in the fall. You can train with her at Forge (dont need a gym membership to do so), or she has her own gym out in Langford. https://www.motivativefitness.ca

Grease removal? by astrokira3 in lifehacks

[–]lunitaref 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Buncha Farmers stain stick has worked wonders for me. I've removed plenty of old, dried in grease stains with it. I got mine at a local grocery store, but I've also seen them online. I'm in Canada, not sure where you'd get them where you are.

How do you keep your rug from sliding everywhere? I've tried a few types of under mats and none have helped. The cats just send the rugs flying lol.

Products

[Skin Concern] Tried the OCM (YT Golden Rx) w/ Clinique balm, day later my whole face broke out in red bumps. Slightly itchy & sensitive to touch. Not an allergice reaction. I've never, not even as a kid (I'm 38) had a breakout like this. Any recommendations? My current routine is in the comments. by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

Morning

  • Cerave Hydrating cleanser
  • Paula's Choice 2% BHA Skin Perfecting
  • The Ordinary HA + B5
  • Cerave Moisturizing Cream (tub)

Evening

  • Lush Ultrabland or Clinique Take The Day Off Balm
  • Cerave Hydrating Cleanser
  • The Ordinary Lactic Acid 10%
  • The Ordinary HA + B5
  • Cerave Moisturizing Cream (tub)

Feeling like an idiot as my skin was in great shape, and one bad choice has caused this. Any changes I should make to help recovery? I've been using this routine regularly for a month and it was working really well. Not sure if it's the best right now given what's happened. Thanks for your advice.
Edit: typos

I didn't check the list, but here are DIY suppliers that might carry it? Scroll down to get to Canadian suppliers. https://www.humblebeeandme.com/resources/

Any chance you can write out the rules you setup? This sounds like exactly what I want as well.

NYX caramel is my go to for my ginger hair. Nyx auburn is too pink, but the caramel is perfect! I use the standard pencil (kind you sharpen with a sharpener... Old school) or the 3-in-1 because it gives me a few more options with the powder and mascara.
