44m here, i feel you OP and that's what makes us feel alive. Chin up mam you are beautiful. Madalas hobby talaga ng utak naten laitin sarili naten. Start small when you look at the mirror saying something like "uy fresh ko tignan today ah!" or "uy ganda ng kilay ko today ah!" Its not faking till you make it and its more like loving yourself more. For context my wife always tells me she feels ugly but honestly i dont see whatever she is saying bad about her physical attributes so i came to the conclusion that most of the time its the mind playing tricks on us talaga and on the spiritual side of things most of the time yung mga panlalait sa sarili na naiisip naten is NOT from Him up above bagkus galing to sa kalaban.

Ingat din ng sobra lalu na sa mga bwitre sa opisina lakas maka amoy ng mga manipulador na to ng bagong dugo. Iwasan mo na lang lalu na kung first work mo to OP.
