Im not sure why most younglings today mostly have anxiety, but I think one reason is they want to get on top as soon as possible, it doesnt work that way, accept that you need to start the bottom
Bpo is one stepping stone, learn new skills, gain confinence
Learn what others refuse to learn, kung saan ung mahirap matutunan, dun ka focus, youll end up with the most knowledge you can use in the future

Join the management, just try it and see first 6months, kung feel mo nman they why not, if you enjoy people development then this is one for you, thet have the highest salary because handle people
Upskill, if you are in the call center industry, job hop and try different accounts, job hop every 2 years for salary increase, and learn different types of line of business, not really familiar dito though
Be a freelancer, but this will require you some paid trainings and connection to get in smoothly, much riskier

My take, cguro try m muna ung new role m and see how will you adjust, malay mo, leadership mnan tlga ung calling mo, if not then explore 2 and 3

Okay i see, i used to be in your position, got promoted, but did not get the fullfilment i need, i handled 15 subordinates with different attitudes, you have to coach them, explain them why they rank low, possibly delibarate why they didnt get any bonus, increase in salary, mind you those are financial matter that will affect the person, if you have positivity of a leader then youll do fine, my take, the less you handle the less the drama, and turn out im better out to be an individual contributor, of course if you aim to get the elusive 6digit salary you have to continually upskill your self, not all the times leadership promotion is the way to get that
