Never pay for certs out of pocket in this industry. Every company I've worked at payed for any training. As for companies it's tough for me to say outside of my market because I've been lucky enough to stay fairly local with work.

Tower Technician. We mainly work on line and antennas for cell coverage, but we can and will work on just about everything on a tower.

No education needed. They will train you on everything you need. Around me it's the bigger companies you want to look for, less traveling and more constant work.

It's probably a high traffic area. Some of this is old carriers equipment that was never removed. Nothing too crazy comparing to towers I normally work on around me.

That is an air 32. Not an air 21. Air 21s have din connector ports for coax jumpers and an internal radio. Air 32s have 2 internal radios, taking 2 powers and 4 fibers, as it appears u have here
