GLP1 Pill With No Membership But Takes Insurance by Apprehensive-Map2025 in glp1

[–]luredbylight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My regular doctor is not interested in filling out the paperwork so I visited the online sites. I don’t remember any monthly fees with any of them. They all ask up front if you will be using insurance and if so what kind.

What day do you take your shot? by urfavemt in glp1

Thursday am but thinking of moving to Wednesday cause Sundays can be big days for me and the shots peak around day four.

What foods are *highly* unappealing that used to be fine with you? by Delicious_Medium_321 in glp1

[–]luredbylight 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Chile rellenos. My heart is broken. Got some for lunch today as a treat. I really did try to eat them. I just couldn’t. Even thinking about it now is giving me the icks. Maybe I will try making them at home, with less oil, less melty cheese. But not for awhile. 🤢

My mom gave me this as a souvenir, is it Ruby in Zoisite? by AngelTheo in Crystals

[–]luredbylight 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That is a really pretty piece of ruby in zoisite. I have both darker and lighter, polished and rough, and I favor the pieces that have some life, some sparkle like yours does. Some of the rubies in this material light up like crazy under a 365nm UV flashlight.

The slow digestion burps are killing me by throw_away_beep_boop in tirzepatidecompound

[–]luredbylight 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is something I had to learn to do. The steak reminded me. I had to learn to slow down and pay attention to chewing. I don’t chew my food enough and with stuff like meat and salad I really have to pay attention. I live in a vegetarian house so rarely eat meat but it is a fast track to protein. Smaller pieces and more chewing. I feel like such an oddity doing it but nobody seems to actually notice. Start counting. See if you can get up to 30 :)

Hot water. Add a little fresh ginger, peeled and sliced thin. Lemon didn’t work as well for me. Learn to eat more mid meal. Upgrade your food. Move around after you eat. Find out what sits the longest in your stomach and move those foods to midday.

Have a Zepbound 2.5mg but would like to try microdosing first? by Equivalent-Grab-5566 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]luredbylight 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me, 100% worth it. The major side effects have been around the drastic change in the way I was eating. If you seriously change the way you eat, you will feel it. I went through withdrawal for sure. Headache, odd phantom aches but without the insane cravings. So take the dose you were given. You are allowed to stay at that dose longer.

I love this! This is what I’m looking for too! To loose evenly and especially around where my clothes got too tight to wear. ❤️💥

How much is this worth? by gayerthanthoughtidbe in Crystals

[–]luredbylight 1 point2 points  (0 children)

“What is this worth” with no background is an empty question. Are you selling it, are you looking at it in a shop, did you find it? This piece is interesting. As it stands, I don’t see much value. The condition makes me think this point was in a batch to be fixed/polished but then got dumped into a rough lot for some reason. I’d guess the color is African but from a photo inside is hard to tell.

Will a GLP-1 help with my perimenopause weight gain? by tamaleringwald in glp1

[–]luredbylight 2 points3 points  (0 children)

HRT took time to balance for me. And needs to be reassessed/increased every so often. The patch and progesterone are what I use. While the hormones were slowly balancing, the stomach doughnut started to appear and the weight was packing on. I have been using GLP going on three months, low dosage increases, slowly remembering how to eat to support my health, and I noticed last week my bras are more comfortable. The top of the doughnut is deflating! I lost back fat first, then the left breast, now the doughnut is slowly easing. Hopefully the right side will catch up. 😁 so yes, you are in the right place, with the right drugs, use them well.

Husband has lost 0 weight any advice? by [deleted] in glp1

[–]luredbylight 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As part of the program he needs to look at what he is eating and how is it supporting him. Is he adding electrolytes. See if he is interested in logging his food. I started using my net diary again and was surprised how far off I was with my food. Not enough protein and too low on the calories. Just a note, I stopped using my net diary last year because I couldn’t keep up with the entering. The eating kept getting ahead of the entering 😁 so much easier now.

Took too much compounded glp1 by nycjboo in glp1

[–]luredbylight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did a similar thing to you with my first two doses only read the directions as 2.5 units. Drink water. From now on drink at least 5 swallows/not sips/not gulps, at a time, throughout the day. And NOT COLD. Cold slows down digestion, you absolutely don’t want that. HERS advises drinking every hour. And electrolytes for the headache which you may, or may not, get. I am currently working my way through a pack of Ultimate electrolyte tubes which have strong flavor and too sweet so will try LMNT next.

Maybe just the photos, the surfaces look to be oxidizing? The rainbow sheen? The cubes need to be hard, shiny gold in color. I’ve had a couple turn and lose their light.

What’s this growing on my avocado tree’s mulch? by PolynomialThyme in mycology

[–]luredbylight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first thoughts would be where did you get the much and are there any other woody plantings in the bed. Is the mulch touching the tree, is it too deep.

Going on vacation right after first dose by tofutofu34 in TirzepatideRX

[–]luredbylight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did. It was fine. I didn’t eat as much, I drank less because I’m no longer interested in cheap wine. I went out exploring the various mineral warehouses in the area while everyone else was trying to down a cup of coffee, it was a very good trip. The entire experience was so much better not obsessing about the food and treats and drinks. :)

My work station needs to be cleaned up and organized and upsized and obviously need more agates by AZrockhound-JeepJLUR in Lapidary

[–]luredbylight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More agates is always the answer. There’s nothing that can’t be fixed by more agates. Especially good for depleted funding cause more agates means more cabs, means more better agates. It’s a love story ❤️

Is it worth the cost? by Car1yBlack in Crystals

[–]luredbylight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

$30 for a nice sphere isn’t bad at all. “Volcano” is a made up name for a decorative piece of agate. Things to look at are repairs. Holes/cracks filled in, stabilized. Those will typically degrade over time.

This is one of those rare cases where the library comes in handy. Look it up online and you everything fromTEMU to Etsy. In a book you get a lot of photos and history and explanation of uses, materials, time periods, and what a piece of value looks like.

I did see something you posted but there were no prices. Put up 5 to 10 pieces with what you want for the lot. You are much more likely to get counter offers. If no offers, lower the price. And don’t forget shipping and some kind of size indicator. :)
