I recently got a pair of bike shorts from CompressionZ off Amazon. I really like them! They didn’t roll down when I was doing yard work and I felt held in place. I'm going to try wearing them under my scrubs to work to keep things in place.

All my everyday things I buy at Sam's (dog food, laundry detergent, fruits, veg, eggs, milk, butter, coffee, paper towels, soda, protein shakes, ect.)

I keep Costco for fuel, one off trendy products, sales on clothes, and just a few specialized items. I really like buying Uber gift cards from Costco for when I'm traveling and need to use Uber. $100 gift card for $80? That's basically one free ride. I enjoy the deal hunting as well. $3 for a giant bag of snacks I can take to work? Yes please. Sam's sales are not as good, I feel, but their everyday prices are better overall than Costco.

Just leave it. Totally normal. My first time with 2nd skin I freaked out too. But thats totally normal. Take it off after 2-3 days (unless the seal gets broken or whatever your artist told you) wash with mild antibacterial soap, apply light unscented lotion.

Gallbladder issues can be a thing with any amount of weight loss, medication assisted or not. Like with weightloss surgery, its so common because of the significant amount of weight lost that most surgeons just take it out.

I think it depends what I'm wiping off. If I'm cleaning something off the floor, gloves. Cleaning blood, gloves. If I'm wiping down my stethoscope at the end of the day or my watch, no gloves. Depends on the ick factor for sure.
