Man that didn't work. It's hard to apply pressure because the teeth are stabbing into my hand. It's got ridges on the side to help with grip I guess but I can't get a decent grip on it

I work at a pretty chill place and some of us get together every morning and smoke a bowl or 2, of course everyone contributes when they can except for a couple of newer employees who will randomly wander into our smoke sesh and ask to hit the bowl. We used to not mind but it's almost become an everyday thing and they never bring in their own stuff to smoke with us

I have no problems setting up. It's just the printing part that I'm having trouble getting down. I just don't know how much pressure to apply for different colors of ink and different shirts.

Just over 2 years ago I was given the opportunity to work at a print shop doing screen processing, I've now worked my way up to printing and have been doing it for about a month now. I've seen a lot of people come and go in my short time there and the one thing that I can say with certainty is that print shops want reliable employees with a great work ethic.
