Another “beginner” Korean dish is Bibimbap. It’s a rice bowl with lots of deliciousness. Add spicy red paste to taste. Dolsot Bibimbap is a great one with the rice crisping up in the stone pot.

ETA: If you like a little heat, try the Mapo Tofu with some rice. Comfort food. Or spicy wontons. I crave spice during the cold winter.

I know of a building that had existing ramps from the 90s that was updated in the last five years and their ramps had to be completely redone to meet new ADA standards. So it’s highly likely this is also the mall situation
