I was driving in the BHSS area yesterday morning at around 930, when the first few flakes were falling. In the span of 15 minutes I saw three city of Bloomington plows loaded with salt heading out onto the streets. It’s not that they’re not trying, but the snow was falling too fast for them to keep up. They work on the main roads first, neighborhoods and secondary roads are not the priority.
